Our premium package offers full service basic bookkeeping support, along with monthly financial review and coaching sessions to really help you get clear on and understand your numbers and set goals for moving your business forward. When you fully understand your financial statements, you are better equipped to steer your business towards success and profitability. Our premium package frees you up from spending time in your books to spending time on your business, focusing on your core service so you can do what you love and grow your business. Ideal for growing businesses, with one or more of the following: 30+ monthly transactions, >$50K annual revenue, 3+ accounts, third party payment processors, monthly or quarterly tax filing, inventory, accounts payable management, accounts receivable management, biweekly payroll support.

Using Quickbooks and Moneygrit to Manage Your Business
Quickbooks Online is a full fledged accounting software program that helps you track your finances and prepare financial reports for tax purposes. Quickbooks offers robust financial reporting such as Profit and Loss Reports, Balance Sheets, Statement of Cash Flows, Sales Tax Liability Reports, and so on. Most of these reports are geared towards accounting professionals and tax preparers. Although these reports are essential for running your business and providing a snapshot of the health of your business, they are not necessarily meaningful and helpful to the average lay person for planning and budgeting purposes.
Moneygrit for Business is a financial tracking and budgeting program that will show you exactly where you are in the month or the year. You create your spending plan for the month or year, plug in your expected income and expenses, download your business transactions and make adjustments to your plan in real time. The summary page will tell you if your plan will work based on the actual transactions. This is a far more intuitive and helpful way to manage your business expenses.
